Role includes:
Customer service, counter sales, admin duties, stock management, and product advice.

Responsibilities:

Customer service: Assist with customers, providing product information and recommendations to meet their needs.
Sales: Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable solutions. Process orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions, customer records, and inventory management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products, particularly in irrigation, to effectively advise and support customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience and flexibility to be willing to work on Saturdays and during flexible hours as required to the business.
