Qualifications & Skills:
Education: HR Qualification will be advantageous.
Tech: Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) is essential.
Personality: Resilient, organized, and comfortable working in an operational environment.
Duties Include:
Key Operational Duties:
IR & Site Support: specific focus on assisting Line Management with disciplinaries, warnings, and grievances on-site.
Dispute Resolution: Assist with CCMA and DRC matters.
Operational Meetings: Attend weekly management meetings to provide feedback on employee matters.
Compliance: Ensure sites are compliant with HR regulations.
Training & Development Duties:
Facilitation: Conduct induction training and technical operational compliance training.
Skills Planning: Identify training needs (TNA) and assist with the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
Administration: Maintain the Competence Matrix and accurate training records.
General HR Admin:
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Coordinating Employment Equity and BBBEE administration.
General HR reporting and record-keeping.
