CNC Machinist/Programmer

Experience Needed:

Technical training or certification in CNC machining is preferred. Proven experience as a CNC machinist/programmer, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in programming CNC milling machines using CAM software. Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and part specifications. Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.


Knowledge of machine tool setup, operation, and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Duties Include:

Duties & Responsibilities Primary duty is to program CNC machines using CAM software ( Fusion 360) based on provided CAD models and part specifications. Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for each machining operation. Conduct machine tool offsets and adjustments as necessary to ensure dimensional accuracy. Inspect machined parts to verify conformance to quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
