Office Management: Overseeing and maintaining office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service to distributors and clients.
Policy and Procedure Development: Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational, legal, and financial risks within the DC.
Information Management: Maintaining and managing information systems, and ensuring accurate and secure information flow.
Resource Management: Managing resources, including space planning, equipment, and supplies.
Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies.
Procurement: Procuring operational materials and consumables in line with plans and schedules.
Financial Management: Processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining budget oversight.
