Duties / Responsibilities
* Assess the Service needs. Promote the sale of labour/ parts and or accesories.
* Knowledge of Stellantis products
* Document services required, estimations for labour and parts and specify payment responsibilities.
* Maintain contact with the Customer.
* Produce an outcome where there is no comebacks,
* Co-ordinate Service Schedules. Develop and maintain price schedule,
* Maintain appointment scheduling system and coordinate alternate transportation for customers.
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
* Complete required administration in the service proses and maintain Customer files
