Duties Include:
Core Responsibilities
This role involves a mix of general office admin and specialized logistics/production support:
Logistics & Distribution: Administration of weighbridge items, coordinating raw material collections, and managing finished product deliveries.
Order Management: Capturing customer orders on CDNXL, invoicing, and handling stock orders/dispatch.
Financial Admin: Scanning and attaching documents to PIs, sending supplier invoices to Head Office, and ensuring reconciliations are balanced.
Operations: Supervising depot activities, vehicle control (check sheets/trip sheets), and assisting with production administration (closing job orders and variance investigations).
