Duties:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with HR teams and store managers
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
Experience in high-volume hiring across multiple store locations under tight deadlines
Understanding of retail workforce needs, including seasonal hiring, shift scheduling, customer service, and retention strategies
