6 MONTH CONTRACT – TO BE PERMANENT DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as primary contact for clients, managing financial service inquiries and relationships. Supervise financial administrators to ensure accurate reporting and timely document processing. Review and approve monthly financial reports and statements for client submission. Analyze client financials monthly, providing insights on performance and trends. Ensure service quality through accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Collaborate with the Financial Solutions Manager on business alignment and growth opportunities. Ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Promote continuous improvement through process optimization and staff coaching. Monitor key portfolio metrics to meet performance targets. TAX PRACTITIONER RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, Provisional Tax) for individuals and businesses. Ensure SARS compliance and manage audits, queries, and deadlines. Provide strategic tax planning and advisory on corporate, personal, and VAT matters. Optimize tax structures and assess financials for tax implications. Represent clients in SARS disputes, audits, objections, and debt negotiations. Deliver accurate tax computations, reconciliations, and client reports. Stay current on tax law changes and inform clients of relevant updates. Support clients and finance teams with tax queries and maintain strong relationships.
