Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development
Strong understanding of labour legislation, HR consulting, or skills development (advantageous)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage a sales pipeline
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Professional, confident, and client‑focused approach
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of labour consulting, skills development, and employment equity services
Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the client base
Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs assessments
Promote HR compliance services, including labour relations support, audits, and policy development
Market skills development programmes, training interventions, and SETA‑aligned solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reporting, and CRM records
Build strong, professional relationships with HR managers, business owners, and operational leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
