Duties Include:
PURPOSE:
This Purpose of a PTV is to ensure that all critical safety and operational requirements have been verified before any work commences.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist in developing safe procedures and standards in the mining operations
Ensure high standard of safety in the area of operation/s
Operation of all mechanical equipment/tools required for the role
Effective barring of area.
Make sure that the working area is safe; bar working place and install temporary support if necessary
Effective two-way communications with team members
Participate in required meetings including safety
