Duties Include:
ROLE SUMMARY:
Responsible to study drawings, plans, specifications and blueprints in order to fit, assemble and shape machinery parts and other equipment.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Pumps overhaul and maintenance
Gearbox maintenance
Maintenance of chain conveyors, belt conveyors and screw conveyors
Laser and dial gauge alignment
Installation and removal of bearings and correct clearance setting
Cleaning and packing of bearings with grease
Installation of mechanical seals
Removal servicing and installation of various types of valves
Equipment lubrication (greasing, oil top up, oil level checks, oil sampling, etc)
Bucket elevators maintenance
Centrifuge maintenance
