Store Supervisor

Experience Needed:

· Matric or Equivalent · Above basic computer literacy, MS Office, GAAP · Store Supervisor experience · Proficient knowledge of stock control and management.


· Above average English communication skills written and spoken · Able to work shift hours, short notice, weekends and public holidays · Above average competency in Excel · Must be able to multitask and work under pressure. · Must have easy access to transport for work – live within (20km radius)

Duties Include:

Managing and motivating a team. · Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. · Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels. · Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback. · Develop and maintain a schedule for employees. · Ensure store always remains clean and presentable. · Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. · Implementing operational policies and procedures. · Available to work extended hours, including weekends and nights. · Daily communication with logistics/drivers and operations
