Experience Needed:

✔️ Experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field. ✔️ Strong technical skills and knowledge of general repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.). ✔️ Valid Code B (08) driver’s license (Code C1 will be an advantage).

Requirements:

✔️ Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor. ✔️ Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English. ✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. ✔️ Reliable, responsible, and strong work ethic. ✔️ Willingness to work after hours when needed (e.g., school events or emergencies).

Duties Include:

Duties & Responsibilities: 🔹 Supervision of school grounds, building maintenance, sports fields, and equipment. 🔹 Planning and execution of minor repairs and renovation projects. 🔹 Overseeing ground staff and scheduling their tasks. 🔹 Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 🔹 Managing school vehicles and equipment. 🔹 Reporting major repairs or renovations to the school principal or governing body.
