Duties & Responsibilities
Strong focus and experience in quality management systems.
Creation of quality control documents, record keeping, and the compilation of Data Packs.
Knowledge and inspection of welding, upkeeping of welding procedures, and recording of welding procedures.
Understand client’s quality needs from quotations and tenders.
Quality Audits which include physical inspections of equipment built at various stages of manufacturing.
Liaise with client’s on-site and off-site to ensure that quality and compliance requirements are met.
Schedule and execute audits on workshop/site.
Compilation of operation and maintenance manuals including all relevant data sheets.
Monitor/Improve all HSE Management Systems at the workshop/site.
Create and implement new Policies when required.
Provide HSE training, awareness and induction on all new staff which may include contractors and other relevant parties.
Keep HSE registers up to date, including training renewals of permits, licenses, etc.
Manage first aid boxes with HSE appointed representatives.
Creating and management of site specific or generic safety files.
Ensure compliance with general health and safety.
