Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Previous experience in the courier or logistics industry will be advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data capture systems.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service.
Process shipment documentation, waybills, and related administrative tasks.
Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests via telephone, email, and in person.
Track shipments and coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements.
Handle financial transactions in accordance with company controls, where applicable.
