Experience Needed:

Qualifications & Training: Minimum Grade C PSIRA registration required. Familiarity with technical wiring, software/hardware systems, and network security.

Requirements:

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CCTV operations and network systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay focused and attentive for long periods. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Honest, punctual, and discreet with confidential information.

Duties Include:

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor CCTV systems and switchboards. Maintain, install, and troubleshoot computer and CCTV equipment. Ensure proper functioning of all alarm systems and monitoring panels (e.g., ammonia, temperatures). Report suspicious behavior and ensure guards are active and in place. Perform daily reports and footage playbacks as required. Monitor security systems and uphold access control procedures.
