Desired Requirements
Relevant experience in abattoir operations/ meat processing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of OHS Regulations and proficient in HMS Systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee slaughtering/ processing operations while implementing HMS systems.
Collaborate with all heads of departments to optimize workflows and standing in for the manager as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
Conduct daily inspections, while assisting with agriculture audits.
