Key Responsibilities:
Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance activities.

Assign work orders and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for approval.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with production/operations teams to minimize downtime.

Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.

Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

Respond to emergency breakdowns as required.
