Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee slaughtering/processing operations while implementing HMS (Hygiene Management Systems).
Collaborate with all heads of departments to optimize workflows.
Stand in for the manager as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct daily inspections while assisting with agriculture audits.
