We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage and oversee all security personnel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational effectiveness of all security-related functions.

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid PSIRA Grade B
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the security industry
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and in a high-pressure environment
Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Driver’s License will be to your advantage
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and coordinate daily activities of all security personnel
Manage work schedules, leave planning, and posting sheets
Conduct investigations, gather evidence, compile reports, and present to HR as needed
Enforce and communicate company security policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Oversee site safety audits, vehicle movement, and truck key handovers
Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Conduct daily team briefings, inspections, and routine control room audits
