Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities
Management duties include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily butchery operations.
Managing stock rotation using the "first in, first out" (FIFO) principle.
Placing daily stock orders.
Ensuring the department is consistently kept clean and tidy.
Reporting any faults or issues within your department.
Training new employees.
Preparing backup stock when necessary.
Maintaining high standards of customer service.
Managing employee overtime and leave tracking.
