• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Physically fit (must be able to lift heavy carcasses)

Duties Include:

Main Duties:
• Cutting and preparing meat (pork, beef, lamb) from carcasses into various cuts
• Operating machinery such as band saws and mincers
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• Specialist meat preparation (e.g. fillets, etc.)
• Proper storage and rotation of meat products
• Customer service
