Experience Needed:
• 2–3 years’ Sous Chef experience in a 4/5-star lodge environment
• Culinary and hygiene qualifications advantageous
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure
Requirements:
• Capable of coordinating the kitchen team with attention to detail and presentation standards
• Solid knowledge of current food trends and dietary requirements
• Strong understanding of stock control and procedures
• Experience with kitchen planning, budgeting, and administration
Duties Include:
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and support senior chefs as needed
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety practices in line with regulations
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
• Contribute to menu planning and cost control
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment
