Job Description
Role purpose
The Technical Training Facilitator will design and deliver training and assessments, conduct outcome-based evaluations and moderations, and report on training and development progress. This role is critical in enhancing employee technical skills. By designing and delivering targeted training interventions, the facilitator supports the diversification and optimisation of operations, ensuring that teams are equipped to leverage advanced drilling technologies. Employees need to be equipped with the technical knowledge, practical skills and safety awareness required to operate and maintain various drilling technologies.
