MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
BTech/Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience may be considered
Minimum 3–5 years' engineering experience in product support, manufacturing, field engineering, or heavy industrial environments
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
Experience supporting manufacturing, commissioning, or operational equipment
Valid Driver's Licence
Valid Passport and willingness to travel locally and internationally

Master Drilling is seeking a technically driven Product Support Engineer to provide specialist engineering support across the operational lifecycle of our products and equipment. You will help ensure world-class equipment reliability, performance and customer satisfaction through technical excellence and continuous improvement.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support: Provide specialist engineering support to manufacturing and operational teams.
Troubleshoot & Analyse: Investigate equipment failures, perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Improve Reliability: Drive product optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain engineering documentation, standards, quality and technical compliance.
Collaborate & Deliver: Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Projects and Operations teams to deliver operational excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide technical engineering support to manufacturing and operational teams
Investigate equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
Improve product reliability through continuous improvement initiatives
Support commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and field operations
Maintain engineering documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical standards
Drive engineering quality, compliance and product standardisation
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects and Operations teams
