The successful candidate will be responsible for: Driving regional sales growth and achieving set targets. Optimizing crop protection marketing materials in line with the area strategy. Strengthening relationships with key customers, including distributors, agents, and farmers. Identifying and onboarding new producers to expand the company’s portfolio. Ensuring accurate monthly and annual budgeting for timely product availability. Developing and implementing strategic product positioning proposals. Conducting regular meetings with the regional team and customers. Organizing and providing support for farmer events, sales promotions, and technical training. Conducting stewardship training on the safe handling of products. Implementing action plans for customers to achieve annual sales targets. Maintaining timely and accurate administrative reports and CRM updates (Salesforce). Initiating, managing, and monitoring demo trials in the region. Actively collaborating with peers and managers. Enhancing product knowledge on the company’s portfolio and competitor products. Completing annual CropLife CPD online courses/modules.
