We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage technical operations across access, aggregation, and core network layers.
The Technical Manager will be responsible for the overall management, stability, and performance of the technical environment, including:
First-line and second-line support teams
Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) management
FTTH and wireless access networks
Aggregation and backhaul networks
Core ISP network and data center infrastructure

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Technical Operations Management
Manage day-to-day technical operations of the ISP network.
Ensure uptime, stability, and performance of the network.
Maintain network availability targets (99.9%+ uptime).
Manage incident response and resolution processes.
Implement proactive monitoring and preventative maintenance.
2. Support Team Management (First Line & Second Line)
Lead and manage the technical support teams.
Oversee:
First-line support (customer support, basic troubleshooting)
Second-line support (advanced technical troubleshooting)
Establish escalation procedures.
Improve first-call resolution rates.
Implement KPIs and performance standards.
3. CPE Management
Manage lifecycle of all customer equipment including:
Fibre ONTs
Fibre OLTs
Routers (Cudy, MikroTik, Huawei, etc.)
Wireless radios
Enterprise edge devices
Standardize configurations and firmware.
Implement remote provisioning and management.
Reduce CPE-related support incidents.
4. Access Network Management (FTTH and Wireless)
Manage FTTH network operations.
Manage wireless access infrastructure.
Oversee:
Access switches
OLTs
Wireless base stations
Backhaul links
Ensure network scalability and performance.
5. Infrastructure Planning and Deployment
Plan and implement network expansion.
Support rollout of new FTTH areas.
Support deployment of POP sites and backhaul links.
Design scalable network architecture.
6. Vendor and Service Provider Management
Manage relationships with:
Fibre providers
Transit providers
Equipment vendors
Data center providers
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Network uptime ≥ 99.9%
MTTR reduction
First-call resolution rate improvement
Reduction in support tickets
Network capacity planning accuracy
Deployment timelines met
Customer technical satisfaction scores
