FOH Manager
Experience Needed:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar FOH management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Passion for the hospitality industry and customer service excellence
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Matric (Grade 12); relevant hospitality qualification will be an advantage
Duties Include:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver top-tier customer service
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication
Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction
Monitor FOH inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked
Contribute to shift planning and rosters
