Duties Include:
Purpose:
To perform the overall day-to-day operations and support the Manager by ensuring store profitability through the achievement of sales and targets, stock management, customer service excellence and compliance management are attained.
Key Performance Areas:
Main responsibilities to assist the Manager as the store assistance; include but aren't limited to:
Retail store operations management and meeting targets.
Administration of contractual and systems compliance in all sales.
Assist the manager with the supervision of staff including tracking daily/weekly/monthly performance.
Promote and sell Telkom mobile products, contracts, and other offered services to various Clientele, including Activations plans adhere to for the brand visibility.
Customer needs management – Grow, build, and maintain loyal customer base.
Assisting with Stock control management, Compliance and Financial management.
