Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of sub-functional change management to drive transformation and optimization.
Drawing from own experience or Physiotherapy knowledge, identify and recommend initiatives aimed at eliminating waste, improved productivity and reduce operating costs within scope.
To maintain a high level of professionalism with all patients

The Physiotherapist will be expected to assist in marketing the practice by attendance.
It is expected that a high standard of reporting be given to referrers in the form of progress letters and discharge letters when appropriate.
Treating timelessly in-patients in three hospitals
Identify recurring problems and derive creative solutions involving team members.
Control and assess Quality Management within scope of work to ensure standard adherences.
Implement compliance requirements. Communicate compliance changes.
Provide input into sub-functional planning. Plan team activities.
Assist with performance and failure investigations, root cause analysis, identification, and implementation of remedial actions.
