Minimum requirements A legal degree or similar qualification or HR degree with labour relations as field of specialisation (NQF 7/8) A minimum of 5 years’ extensive experience in ER functions.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Manage individual and collective relationships within the NWU through the development, implementation, maintenance and execution of good practices that enable the achievements of the NWU’s organisational objectives compliant with the legislative framework. Maintain healthy employee relations on campuses and develop effective working relationships with staff, management and unions while enhancing and promoting the new strategic plan of the NWU. Ensure that all stakeholders are empowered in terms of legislation, policies and procedures.
