Now Hiring: More Service Staff for Oupa's Biltong in Rustenburg!
Oupa's Biltong has opened its new kiosk-style shop at Platinum Square in Rustenburg, and we're looking for part-time staff to join our team.
Work days: Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
We're looking for individuals who are already based in Rustenburg and have previous experience as a shop assistant. All applicants should have a matric certificate.

Duties Include:
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
Assist customers with product choices (biltong types, chilli levels, droƫwors, etc.)
Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints professionally
Sales & Transactions
Accurately weigh, pack, and price biltong and related products
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments
Promote specials, combo deals, or new products when applicable
Food Handling & Hygiene
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Wear appropriate protective clothing (gloves, hairnets where required)
Ensure products are stored, handled, and displayed correctly
Kiosk Presentation
Keep the kiosk clean, neat, and well-stocked
Maintain attractive product displays and signage
Regularly clean counters, equipment, and work areas
Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and report low stock to management
Assist with receiving and checking stock deliveries
Reduce waste by following correct portioning and rotation procedures
Team & Store Support
Work well with team members and support peak trading times
Follow company policies and procedures
Assist with opening and closing duties of the kiosk
