Requirements:

Be computer literate and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Duties Include:

Responsible for leading and coordinating all activities of the Quality assurance/control Food regulations in meat processing plant, Provide technical guidance and support to production departments for continuous improvement of product processes and services for further processing of meat. Production includes fresh, frozen and value added products.
