Experience Needed:

Grade 12 (matric) or higher Valid driving license Minimum 2 years’ experience in the workshop Automotive industry

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Proficient in computer applications and software (Evolve / IAL)

Duties Include:

DUTIES Full reception, meet and greet customers Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time-frames Schedule service appointments Communicate with technicians and parts department Maintain an accurate record of service history Address customer concerns and complaints Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty
