Key Responsibilities: Ensure laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards and procedures; oversee repairs and maintenance. Manage laboratory supplies inventory, including ordering and verifying stock. Monitor laboratory productivity, making staffing adjustments as necessary. Participate in quality assurance programs, generating reports and maintaining records. Maintain laboratory information systems; identify needs and train staff.
