• Prior experience with embroidery machines preferred
• Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow design specifications accurately
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain computerized embroidery machines (Tajima)
• Read and interpret embroidery design files
• Load garments and materials into machines
• Monitor stitching process to ensure quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure timely completion of production orders
