Key Responsibilities: Supervise Maintenance Assistants, Groundskeepers, and Cleaning Staff. Schedule and carry out preventative maintenance for all facilities. Perform maintenance and repairs, addressing issues reported by staff or identified during inspections, including plumbing and electrical work. Supervise groundskeeping to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces, ensuring cleanliness and proper waste management. Conduct monthly inspections of buildings and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal function. Log and prioritize infrastructure issues, maintain detailed records, and submit weekly reports to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and mitigate potential hazards.
