Experience Needed:

Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational efficiency, or data-driven decision-making Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), process mining, and analytics is a plus Proven ability to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and workflow optimization in a business setting Special conditions / requirements Code EB license Be able to travel globally Onsite 3 years min experience

Duties Include:

Job description & Key Responsibilities Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization Develop and implement data-driven improvement strategies to enhance operational performance Collaborate with Data Scientists, Business owners and other Business Improvement Specialists to leverage analytics in process improvement Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and operations research techniques to streamline workflows and reduce waste Support automation initiatives to eliminate redundant tasks and enhance business efficiency Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and engage stakeholders in process transformation Develop reporting frameworks to track improvement progress and business impact Present findings and recommendations to management, influencing strategic decisions
