Store Manager
Experience Needed:
Minimum Matric passed or NQF 4
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the retail environment
Understanding of Human Resources in the retail environment
Clear Credit or ITC and criminal record
Requirements:
Well-presented and confident in own ability
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Understanding of basic financial statements (profits and losses)
Duties Include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Target Achievement:
Store contribution
Staff costs
Shrinkage and store efficiency
Customer Service & Staff Management:
Maintain high customer service standards
Improve staff competence and satisfaction
Identify underperformance and implement development plans
Recruit quality, customer-focused staff
Ensure full induction implementation
Operational Excellence:
Follow and action operations efficiency through checklists
Achieve stock control targets (stock, shrinkage, hangers)
Manage profit & loss within budget
Allocate resources efficiently
Ensure store security and cash control
