Grade 12
Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in the recruitment sector or relevant field
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, legal compliance, and employment regulations
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to speak, read, and write in English (fluently)
Computer literacy on an advanced level (Microsoft Office โ Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
Familiarity with social media and other digital platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement
