We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our established Laser Cutting Company. You will hold full Profit & Loss accountability, steering strategic direction, optimizing manufacturing operations and expanding market footprint. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding of steel/metal fabrication, and strong leadership to inspire a skilled production team. You will play a key role to ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Laser Cutting Production processes, Leadership skills, Administration and a proven track record of successful team management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a Laser Cutting, Steel & Equipment fabrication role.
Degree in Engineering or Business administration
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Microsoft Office, Sage Pastel & CRM Systems
Duties Include:
Responsibilities:
Manage the team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
Collaborate with all departments to coordinate production activities
Implement and enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment
Oversee inventory management and ensure sufficient stock levels
Implement and enforce quality control protocols to maintain a high-quality
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting and capital expenditure
Client relations
