Key Responsibilities
Tender Sourcing & Preparation: Searching for relevant tenders, downloading documents, and preparing bid packages.
Coordination & Communication: Liaising with sales, technical teams, and management.
Documentation Management: Ensuring documents are accurate and submitted on time (scanning, binding, and uploading).
Record Keeping: Maintaining organized filing systems for tender-related correspondence.
Briefings: Attending site briefings in person and handling submissions.
