The ideal candidate must be in possession of a valid trade certificate in this specific field. The person will report directly to the mine manager / engineer and will be responsible for the day-to-day inspections, repairs and maintenance of an older fleet of CAT and Komatsu Wheeled Loaders; CAT and Komatsu Excavators.
Bell and Komatsu Dump Trucks; Road Graders, Iveco Trucks and an assortment of medium sized Trucks, and vehicles.
Duties Include:
This is a key position, and although prior experience working on the machines is not a pre-requisite, preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the operating conditions on a fleet of legacy machines.
