Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs.
Technical: Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools, including welding.
Physical: Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
Traits: Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
License: Valid driver’s license.
Duties Include:
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Fix broken equipment or faulty fixtures (e.g., taps, door handles, lights, shelves).
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Install appliances, shelves, and other small fittings as needed.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and carry out necessary fixes.
Ensure tools and work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.
Respond promptly to repair requests and complete tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with supervisors or facility managers to prioritize and schedule work
