Duties Include:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily filling, packaging, and production activities.
Ensure sufficient products are filled and packaged to meet customer demand.
Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves and warehouse stock remain adequately supplied.
Plan production according to stock requirements and sales trends.
Manage and motivate production staff to achieve daily targets.
Maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
Report stock shortages, production issues, and operational concerns to management.
Improve efficiency and minimize production downtime.
