Responsibilities Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Manage stock replenishments and reorders based on forecasts and stock levels across departments Assist in asset control and tagging, particularly for high value, frequently moved equipment Received, inspect and record stock arrivals Track and report stock usage, damages or losses Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and returns Work with HOD’s to organize stock movements Implement stock rotation practices to minimize wastage Prepare detailed inventory reports for Management Support the improvement of stock control processes and systems and enforce SOP’s for stock handling across departments Monitor expiry dates of perishables to ensure freshness and prevent health risks Conduct variance analysis reports between consumption and movement to identify theft, wastage or inefficiencies
