Human Resource Intern

Experience Needed:

Diploma in HR. Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism.


Strong planning, organising and administrative skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Ability to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate good judgement. Fully computer literate (all MS Office packages). High level of integrity, confidentiality and office protocol.

Duties Include:

The Human Resource Intern will be responsible to assist with administrative and HR related tasks Provide administrative support. File documents and respond to clients and employees’ queries. Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for vacancies. Schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability. Assist with the onboarding of the new recruits. Organise all business arrangements and visitors programmes e.g. meetings, travel, functions, lunch and refreshments, flights, accommodation, etc. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed. Perform all other HR related ad-hoc duties.
