Duties Include:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Test Technician Intern will be in the role of assisting the team with the preparation and execution of the Static Test, Insensitive Munition Test, Environmental Test, and other relevant task. Intern should be able to learn variety of equipment, gathering data, and analysing the performance and reaction of various munitions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the preparation and execution of Environmental Test.
Assist with the preparation and execution of Insensitive Munition Test.
Assist with the Investigation and Experimental Test.
Assist with Lot Acceptance and Qualification Test.
Assist to calibrate Electrical/Electronic instruments.
Assist to conduct first line maintenance.
Install, troubleshoot and repair testing/programmable equipment.
Assist to programme and configure the testing range instruments.
Assist to evaluate, analyse, interpret and generate test report.
Procurement test materials and consumables.
Maintain the good housekeeping of the workshops and test facilities.
