Gr. 12 with 3 years’ experience in a sales position Computer literate Building material knowledge and Pastel experience would be beneficial

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills Customer service orientated A team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic Ability to work under pressure

Duties Include:

Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with product selection and sales Provide accurate product knowledge and advice Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure smooth order fulfilment Build and maintain strong customer relationships Handle order processing via email and phone, and provide assistance for walk-in customers Identify customer needs and react proactively Follow up on sales quotes weekly Work closely with external sales to ensure best possible service to customers Preparing quotations for customers Complete invoicing and stock take
