key responsibilities:
management of quality nursing care according to the older persons act 13 of 2006
administer medication according to the rules and regulations
ongoing consultation and coordination with multi-disciplinary team that manages and reviews residents’ care plans
performance of duties and responsibilities according to the professional scope of practice
accurate reporting and record keeping of residents’ care and needs
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work under pressure but remain compassionate
working hours:
nightshift 19:00 – 07:00
